
My Journey as a Registered Nurse & Health Coach
With over 15 years of experience as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, I’ve witnessed firsthand the impact that chronic health conditions can have on people’s lives. From managing acute health crises to helping patients navigate long-term health challenges, my career has been rooted in understanding the complexities of the human body and the factors that contribute to optimal health.
But it wasn’t until I combined my medical expertise with a deeper understanding of holistic health that I truly began to make a difference. As a Primal Health Coach, I’ve transitioned from reactive care in the ER to proactive guidance, helping clients make natural lifestyle changes that can lead to lasting improvements in their health.

My background includes: Primal Health Coach Certified, Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and Bachelors Degree of Nursing with a 15+ yr passion for fitness and nutrition where I have learned, practiced and helped many people become healthier. Ive also dabbled in recreational sports and competed in bodybuilding competitions.
